We get to know the assignment, introduce relevant consultants and follow up once work begins.
We support you through selection, start-up and follow-up. You stay in touch with ACME after the consultant has started.
Describe the assignment
We review what you need to get done, the roles you are missing and how the team works. Together, we distinguish essential requirements from preferences.
Meet the consultant
We assess experience against the assignment and present relevant profiles. You meet the consultant, ask questions and assess how the collaboration could work. References can add to the picture where needed.
Agree terms and prepare to start
We agree on scope, responsibilities, contacts and terms. Before induction, we review what the consultant needs, such as system access and contact with your colleagues.
Follow up and hand over
We check how the work and collaboration are going and discuss changing needs. When the assignment ends, documentation and knowledge transfer are planned so your team can continue the work.
